Through embodiment of functional āsana, you will explore integrated postures, breath exercises, a dynamic inquiry of your physiology, and enjoy a short writing at the end of each session to integrate your own awakened wisdom. If you want to deepen your yoga practice and gain practical tools for a lifetime of study, this series is for you.

• Drop-ins are welcome and class sizes are limited to allow space for all. Students are encouraged to register in advance to ensure a spot.
• Please bring your own yoga mat, a cotton blanket, an 8' yoga belt, and notebook + something to write with.

What to expect: A movement experiment. Integration of functional forms including biomechanics, mobility and the ethos of playful, sensory exploration. These classes are designed for the student to move well throughout their life. Expect a combination of alignment based instruction​ with hands-on adjustments, progressive sequencing and the wisdom of Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtra woven throughout. Each class is tailored to the individuals who attend. Suitable for all levels.​ Please come with a curiosity to learn new things and a willingness to go where you've never gone before.
