    Alignment based instructional classes with hands-on adjustments, progressive sequencing, and the wisdom of Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtra woven throughout. Each class is tailored to the individuals who attend. Suitable for all levels.


    Drop-ins are welcome and class sizes are limited to allow space for all, and students are encouraged to register in advance to ensure a spot. Please bring your own Yoga mat, a cotton blanket, and an 8' yoga belt.

    Please contribute what you can in order to support and sustain your ongoing learning with Yoga. Three-tier honor-based tuition: $24, $20, or $16/per class, cash, check or Venmo accepted. Contact Shinay: 928-420-3335 (call, message, or just come to class!).
