    Passive postures which are held for several minutes, seated on the mat. Bring props if you like to use them. This hour-long practice allows you to work deeper into layers of the tissues, and closer to the bones.

    This Freestyle Flow Class allows you to find your own groove and move in ways that make your body feel good. You’ll be led through a mix of seated and standing postures, with a bit of Vinyasa sequencing mixed in with standing balance, and pranayama (breath work). We will find a focus and intention that related to the Yogic guiding principles (Yama’s and Niyama’s) and move at our own pace. Bring props if you have them as well as your mat.
