8:30 am - 9:30 am: Yin yoga with Jessica
Passive postures which are held for several minutes, seated on the mat. Bring props if you like to use them. This hour-long practice allows you to work deeper into layers of the tissues, and closer to the bones.

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Freestyle Yoga with Jessica
This Freestyle Flow Class allows you to find your own groove and move in ways that make your body feel good. You’ll be led through a mix of seated and standing postures, with a bit of Vinyasa sequencing mixed in with standing balance, and pranayama (breath work). We will find a focus and intention that related to the Yogic guiding principles (Yama’s and Niyama’s) and move at our own pace. Bring props if you have them as well as your mat. Hi, I'm Michelle!
Welcome to Yoga for Beginners - You are taking a step in the right direction toward health & harmony.
I look forward to leading you in simple yoga asanas and perfecting each one to maximize the benefit for you. This class will help you to strengthen and stretch your body and give you greater awareness of your internal and external world. You will leave revitalized and stronger then you were before.
Each class is 1 hour for $15

5:30 pm - 6:45 pm: Energy Mix: Qigong, Yoga & Breathwork with Dario
This mixed class includes breathwork, qigong, and kundaliniyoga.
Breath is both a conscious and automatic function. Byworking with breath, you get practice calming or revving up the nervous system.You can practice many breathwork exercises every day on your own.
Qigong brings a warrior energy, is good preparation formartial arts, and helps tone the ligaments and improve your coordination.
Kundalini is the yoga of awareness. Rather than holdingposes, you will do a series of exercises, typically each 2-3 minutes, that helpyou move energy as you combine multiple modalities. Modalities includemovement, breath, chanting, visualization, hand positions, and so on. At theend of a work week, this is a great way to loosen up and revitalize for theweekend.
Bonus: Sometimes, we will also end with a 20-minute breathwork thathyper-oxygenates the blood and release energy that is particularly “stuck”.
Payment: $20 payable by cash, PayPal or Venmo.
Bring: Please bring your mat, a blanket, and a block if you have those. (I do have a few mats and blankets.)
